Art Pimentel Kick-off Tonight By Matt Rexroad on Thursday, March 13, 2008 @ 7:34 PM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   Art Pimentel's City Council campaign had the kick-off event tonight on the Ludy's patio.  What a great event. It was easily the largest political event I have ever seen in Woodland. He had well over 100 people and reported raising more than $10,000.  That is a great start. Art had numerous elected officials and lots of motivated people there.  I saw dozens of people that I expect to see out walking the streets of Woodland for him. Dr. Francisco Rodriguez made his objective crystal clear. He wants Art to be the next Vice-Mayor of Woodland. It really was an excellent event.  Art set the standard tonight.
