It is possible that Jeff Monroe could actually be one of the three best candidates on the ballot for City Council. If this happens at close of filing on Wednesday I'm going to buy a lottery ticket. Shoot I should just go directly to Vegas or invest in the derivative market. Can't say that I will actually cast a vote for him but he could be one of the best three - clearly third of three.
