Runyan resigns from Yolo County Board of Education By Matt Rexroad on Friday, January 19, 2007 @ 10:21 PM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   Folks have been telling me that things have not been going as well as they could with the Yolo County Board of Education. Now the Sacramento Bee reports that West Sacramento representative Phyllis Runyan has resigned.  Here is the some information on Runyan. Here is the Sacramento Bee article.  I am not sure of the different coalitions on the Board and how this vacancy will impact things, but when a board is divided, usually finding a replacement is difficult.
