I just found Yolo Cowboy's cousin in England.  This woman actually seems a little odd.

Oh my God. I could only watch the first minute or so. Please tell me she didn't eat Gordon the Horse.

I have a brother in law from Holland and he loves horse meat, sliced very thinly like prosciutto for breakfast. I tried to order some but cannot get hold of it. This is a great business opportunity for somebody around here. I can already see the elegantly carved signage: "Les Boucheries Chevalines Yolos". Screw olive oil, horse meat is where it's at for yolo county!

It's a little hard to watch, but I'll bet Gordon is just bursting with country fresh flavor.

That is why you never name your horse, you never know when you might have to eat him.

Actually there is a saying among horse people when asked what ever happened to that horse that bucked you off and broke your femur?

"He found a good home in France"

Thanks for story, it makes the seafood restaurants with the lobster tanks seem a bit tame.

And yes, the lady is a little 'touched'
