Item 4.01 of the agenda for this week involves rent control for the three mobile home parks in the unincorporated areas of Yolo County.
There is nothing in this staff report that would show a compelling reason to adopt this ordinance. Woodland actually had a compelling situation years ago. This is not the same. This is a unilateral attempt to take property rights.
If this thing passes I think the park owners should attempt to refer it. |
