It is on ranked voting.  I actually want Davis to try it to see how it works. Maybe I need to explain to my readers there how my real dream is to make it on the Davis City Council. On that note -- It appears that I may actually get to attend a meeting in Davis.  LAFCO is going to hold a hearing there. I can't wait.   This really could be fun.
