Animal Ordinance By Matt Rexroad on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 @ 10:33 PM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   Today on the agenda for the Board of Supervisors we considered some changes in our ordinance on animals.  Generally I did not have a problems with it. The one part that really got me was the part about roosters. When I worked in the legislature I dealt with some legislation regarding evidence and cockfighting.  I am convinced that this cockfighting thing is a big and crooked business.  However, I have serious doubts that this ordinance would do anything to stem the raising of fighting roosters or the raising of them.
