Dear Mr. Martian --- By Matt Rexroad on Sunday, September 23, 2007 @ 2:27 PM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   I'm spending this afternoon reading the HUGE amount of material that Dotty is forcing me to digest for the upcoming week.  This pile is seriously close to a foot high. My favorite part so far has to do with agenda item 2.03 where in one of the supporting documents is a letter to from the Governor's Office of Emergency Services to Yolo County Emergency Services Manager Bill Martin. The glories of spell check allowed the letter to go out addressed to Bill "Martian" and then says "Dear Mr. Martian". Now we now how Yolo County is viewed in the region.
