Legislature needs to act on a real Water Bond > Rexroad.com

As the Legislature is about to close things down for the end of the year one of the key topics for me is the possibility of a real water bond.

You might ask -- didn't we just have a water bond on the ballot? The answer is that we had a bond on the ballot that was called a water bond but did not include any storage. It was really an environmental bond that was called a water bond for political purposes.

Here is the Governor's issue paper on a real water bond.

Any "water" bond that does not include storage from this point forward is a bunch of nonsense.
