Trivia -- who has the city flag flying at their house?
Second question. Does this make him/her a loser or a dedicated member of our community? Once you know who it is -- clearly the answer is loser. But I am asking this as a general question.

Not Monroe, house is too old,....Not Dudley, porch is different....might be Art or Dave. A long shot might be Peart. Definately not Bill, he has roofers busier than a cat in the sandbox at his house yesterday. That looks like an old Lewis home late 60's to mid 70's midtown?

California was part of Russia at one time. Maybe it's a tribute to our pre-socialist landlords and honoring the new Socialist Republic of California.....I can hear the cheers clear from Davis.

The State of California Flag
The modern state flag is white with a wide red strip along the bottom. There is a red star in the upper left corner and a grizzly bear facing left in the center, standing on a patch of green grass. The bear depicted is a California grizzly bear, a subspecies that is now extinct. The five-point star is a nod to the Republic of Texas, and the bear represents strength.[1]
A nod towards Bush Country.....YOWZA!!!!

Art is a cheater. I drove by his house yesterday and it was not up. He said it was due to the rain. What's up with that??
