In adopting the budget we corrected a problem that was brought to light by Woodland City Councilman Art Pimentel when he served on LAFCO. The way that LAFCO is funded is a formula where the cities and couties all chip in.  One of the factors is the size ofthe city budget.  When Woodland financed bonds a couple years ago the calculation made it appear that the Woodland bduegt was much larger than it really was. Art made a point of getting it corrected.  Yesterday it was. Good for Art. Good for Woodland.
