Fox News -- you have got to be kidding.

I love to watch the news. I would have a television on 24/7 if possible.  Seriously.  When I am on the road without my family I have the television on the entire time. I work with the tv on and sleep with it on.  I prefer ESPN, Comedy Central, MSNBC, or CNN.

The one channel I can't watch is Fox News.  The idea that it is "Fair and Balanced" as their tag line goes in absurd.

When I was in Kuwait in early 2003 I sat in a tent for about six weeks prior to the invasion.  We had a tv on almost non-stop.  We all got so sick of Fox News that we watched the BBC.  Fox had less information than anyone and seemed to have a bias that gave us little or no information.

I just saw a report on Fox News that made me just laugh at the bias.  How do they get away with that?

Matt..You got to be kidding!!! Do you really think 'populists' like Lou Dobbs on CNN are not more bias and skewed to the left than Fox News? Matt...you're losing it... Fox news is the best on the air and I always go to them first. Hannity and Combs are excellent and are one example of 'fair and balanced'!

Foam...of course it is real...(are you dense?).

Matt...did you forget that CNN (which use to be excellent) was top notch before Ted Turner married Fonda and sold it to Time Inc. Fox reports hard news with an excellent spin on the truth...But I must admit some times I scratch my head on some of O-Reilly pro left comments (sometimes he is a bit gullible)... but he is pretty fair also for the most part.

BTW…In Okinawa we only have two English AFRTS stations (one AM & one FM) FM is Music and after 8PM the AM was NPR. The Japanese listen to the AM station a lot to improve their English speaking abilities. But most of them can’t believe the spin of NPR….The Japanese are pretty conservative hard working folks and many times they asked me about NPR. “Charlie-san…that can’t be true…Americans are not that foolish..are they?” ….I usally responded..”Pay no attention to NPR..it is far left views…” I would point out to them the Fox News is a better source if they can get it on cable. “Fox is gets the highest ratings now because most Americans listen to it…Not NPR” was normally my response.

Really Matt ‘Bait’?

Charlie, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt, but since you asked about my density, I'll consider your post not satire, and you a little out of touch with media trends.

Feel free to run a Google search on Fox bias or outright lies purported on Fox News. It's not really hiding out.
