I was happy to read this press report in the Daily Democrat about the Abrahams case.

The loss of Mr. Abrahams is unfortunate. Now hopefully the officers involved feel a little better about the tough situation.

The conspiracy theories can now begin.

I don't know about conspiracy theories, I would like to see the full report because this is what they've quoted:

" ... We find no criminal conduct on the part of any of the involved officers, and consequently, no further action will be taken at this time," Lowe stated.

That's not the end of the story if that is their basic conclusion. The next question will be whether the department is civilly liable.
