Dear Farm Board Members:   The purpose of this email is to inform you that approximately one hour ago I received an emailed Letter of Withdrawal from the Pacific Cascade Group/Colusa Heritage Partners, regarding their application for a General Plan Amendment for a new community at County Line Road.  This means the proposal, at this time, is now dead.   I will ask the Board on Tuesday morning to remove the timed item from the afternoon session as their no longer exists any application to consider.   If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to call or contact me.   Thank you.   Stephen Hackney, AICP Director of Planning & Building County of Colusa

Best for Dunnigan if you keep them out of Yolo County...if you can. Just my spin on it knowing whom was behind the Colusa site.
