Home Support Services Advisory Committee

Biography:

Duane Toney is currently serving his second term as an In Home Health Support Services Committee member. He was born in the Bay Area and raised in the small Lake County community of Clearlake Oaks, where he began his journey in the Health & Human Services field. Duane brings to the committee nearly 15 years of health & human services experience, from the front lines as a Emergency Medical Technician- II in Lake County to working as a Human Services Specialist- II  for the County of Sacramento. Duane is married to a life long resident of Yolo County, Leticia Toney (Rodriguez) of Esparto. They have four children, Clorisse age 14, Mike age 13, Angelina age 10,  Susan age 9, 3 year old Yellow Lab Jake and Romanowski the cat.  Duane and Leticia reside in the 3rd Supervisor District of Yolo County.
                                       
Duane is active in several community based organizations, the Knights of Columbus and the Elks Lodge. Duane recently served as President for the Pioneer Jr, Patriots Youth Football Organization, a public non-profit;  he was an active participant with local leaders in the discussions of the new stadium at Pioneer High School. Currently Duane is an active member of Pioneer PTA and Football Boosters.
